That's why some of our judges are WINNERS of a REAL Cyber Award 2023!
Stuart Coulson
Stuart Coulson is a cyber security expert with over 20 year’s experience in a variety of roles in the cyber industry. He has recently moved into a role as Cyber Ecosystem Project Manager for the University of Manchester on the DiSH Accelerator project, giving cyber startups and entrepreneurs everything they need to grow and succeed in the Manchester region. Stuart has a passion for helping people and companies to grow in the cyber sector resulting in him being nominated for 2 years in a row for Cyber Mentor at the Unsung Heroes Awards.

Stuart also runs his own consultancy HiddenText concentrates on Security Awareness and Business issues and has previously been supporting one of the UK’s largest government departments to create a bespoke Security Awareness project for approximately three thousand highly-technical staff.
Catherine Knibbs - 2023 TRCA Winner (REAL Cyber Impact)
Human Behaviour Technologist. Psychotherapist and Researcher.
Cath is a Clinical Doctoral Researcher, Online Harms Consultant, Public Speaker, Author (of 4 books to date), Educator and TEDx Speaker. She is a Child/Adult Trauma Psychotherapist. She works with organisations globally regarding child sexual abuse material, Mental health and Immersive Technologies and the harms that can occur in the new digital spaces. She writes about and works with Cybertrauma, this is any trauma that occurs through an internet-ready device or medium.
This is much more than Online Harms covers in its remit to date. She also educates therapists and practitioners via her company Privacy4 about Data protection/privacy/cybersecurity issues in relation to their practice. She disrupts and advocates for children’s rights, privacy, and online digital explorations. Catherine is also a director for Online Safety UK. And, also the mental health advisor for Gamers Beat Cancer.

Tarnveer Singh - 2023 TRCA Winner (Best Cyber Awareness)
Tarnveer is an award-winning Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and experienced Security Leader with two decades in the industry and across a range of sectors and clients. He is an Author on Information Security, helping new starters join the sector. He offers Coaching and Mentoring on Technology leadership. Tarnveer has experience in a wide breadth of security roles throughout his career. He has been recognised for his thought leadership and as a Cyber Influencer. He is on a mission to encourage the next generation into the Cybersecurity sector.

Tarnveer is a CISO at a leading Financial Services firm in a highly regulated sector, responsible for information security and assurance over large volumes of sensitive information. Tarnveer is Director at Cyber Wisdom Ltd, helping clients to address security threats affecting their business. Our mission is to provide our clients with assistance to protect their information, to secure their systems and reduce their operational risk.
Suze Phillips
Suze is the Director of Garden City Assurance Ltd, based in North Hertfordshire in the UK (that’s Letchworth GC, the original Garden City by the way, not the other one)

As well as being a qualified Maastricht DPO (ECPC-B) , Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and Certified Information Privacy Professional Europe (CIPP/E) certified, she is an ITIL Expert, ISO27K Lead Auditor and holds Certified Information Security Management Principles certification, and has undertaken Six Sigma Green Belt training.

She has wide experience in providing DPO services and consultancy to start-ups and established organisations for data protection and e-Privacy, as well as strong experience of managing a large ISO27001 ISMS, including the Information Security Risk Assessments, and 3rd party vendor due diligence and risk management.

Lee Scorey
Lee is the co-founder of Consultants Like Us, and is highly experienced in the world of Cybersecurity, ISO27001 and Governance, Risk and Compliance. He has honed his technical skills, working in a number of industries and sectors, including financial, commercial and the public sector. Having worked his way from Engineer to Technical Manager and eventually Information Security Consultant, he has a pretty good grasp of what ‘Good security’ looks like!
With over 20 years experience he is still passionate about our industry and is committed to not only helping organisations be more secure, but helping individuals who want to move into the world of Consultancy.
Lianne Potter - 2023 - TRCA Winner (Cyber Personality of the year)
Head of Security Operations for a Major UK Retailer and Cyber Anthropologist at "The AnthroSecurist"

As the Head of SecOps for the largest greenfield technology transformation project in Europe, Lianne is building a leading-edge security team from scratch to meet the needs of a modern retail organisation while empowering her team to think innovatively to create new standards in best practices.
​
Lianne has delivered talks across the globe to share her vision for a new type of security function. Drawing upon her expertise as a cyber-anthropologist (through her consultancy, The Anthrosecurist), her practical experience as a security-focused software developer and as a security practitioner; Lianne combines the human and the technical aspects of security to evangelise a cultural security transformation. You can listen to Lianne talk about her human-centric approach every Thursday on her podcast Compromising Positions, in which she interviews non-cybersecurity people from the world of anthropology, psychology and behavioural science about cybersecurity culture.
Amy Wood - 2023 TRCA Winner (Inspirational Cyberperson)
Head of Cyber Threat and Risk.

Amy is a world record holder and winner of our first 'Inspirational Cyberperson' award. Not only because of her career in Cybersecurity, but because she makes the time to focus on other activities. In 2023 she was part of an all female team who rowed round England, Scotland and Wales!

Her ability to juggle such a demanding role with extra curricular activities that inspire everyone who hears her story.

Clare Wilson - 2023 TRCA Winner (Data Protection Service Provider)
Clare Wilson LL.B (hons) Lond, QTLS, MSET, CIPP/E, CIPM
Team Manager, Education Data Hub, Derbyshire County Council.
Education Data Hub is a multi-award winning data protection, cyber security and data management service for schools. A traded service from Derbyshire Count Council, EDH works nationwide, supporting around a 1000 schools and Multi Academy Trusts.
Formerly a senior leader and teacher in both FE and Secondary, Clare’s background as a DPO, an author, senior examiner, teacher trainer and teacher of law, makes her uniquely placed to lead a team of professionals committed to keeping schools, their children and staff safe.
Gry Evita Sivertsen - 2023 TRCA Winner (The One to Watch)
With over seven years of experience in information security, cybersecurity and risk management, Gry is the founder of Gritera Stavanger and COO Gritera Security

Gry holds a bachelor in computer science and has previous experience as global Head of Information Security in a SaaS company focusing on Conversational AI. Gry was leading the project and achieved the ISO 27001 certification for the company to later on pursue ISO 27701 and achieved this certification for the company as the second company in all of Norway. In PwC, Gry has helped several companies with ISO 27001, information security audits and analysis.
Gry is passionate about women in tech, she is a mentor in ODA and a co-creator of TENK tech camp - a technology camp for girls 13-18 years of age. She is also to be seen in several presentations, webcasts and podcasts discussing topics related to information and cybersecurity.
Rebecca Forward
Rebecca is a certified Lead Auditor for, ISO27001, 9001, and 14001 and a Practitioner Member of the Chartered Quality Institute with a keen interest and background in governance, risk and compliance.

Stuart Harmer
Stu served in the RAF for 24 years, retiring in 2011 as a Flight Sergeant. He went on to spend 8 years travelling the UK, mobilising and supporting hospitality contracts for the public sector (mainly Defence and Healthcare) before starting his own hospitality and consultancy business.
After a year studying cyber security and project management, Stu worked for a ISMS SaaS provider, ISMS.Online, helping organisations implement ISO27001 using this platform.
